Description
TxDOT seeks 15 RISA-3D software subscriptions or licenses for authorized users, with maintenance and standard support. The vendor must provide access credentials, installation, activation, and configuration assistance; support applicable authentication requirements; and provide updates, patches, fixes, documentation, and technical support. Additional or enhanced support options may also be proposed. The specified service period is November 10, 2026, through November 9, 2027. Responses must include the completed execution, preferences, price, child support obligation, assumptions, and exceptions schedules; an approach-to-work description; and signed copies of any addenda. Pricing is evaluated alongside the proposed approach.
