The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to procure installation and configuration of 27 LynxNetPB network-based duress (panic) buttons in the Primary Care area of the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The contractor must furnish all tools, equipment, materials, permits, labor, supervision, and other resources required for the work. The scope includes installing 27 PoE-powered duress buttons, securely mounting the devices, concealing cabling, installing patch cables, and connecting the devices to VA-provided LAN ports. Work is scheduled during normal daytime business hours of the medical center, excluding federal holidays. The notice is a presolicitation announcement and states that a solicitation is planned for issuance on or about August 27, 2026; it is not currently a request for offers.
