Description
The University of Michigan is issuing a Request for Proposal to select a vendor to deliver a modern, enterprise-grade scheduling solution for the University of Michigan Medical School. The solution must provide a unified ecosystem integrating scheduling software with native hardware endpoints, including digital room signage and occupancy sensors, while supporting institutional procurement, data security, accessibility, and evaluation requirements. The response must address supplier background, university relationships, terms and conditions, cybersecurity, data flows and safeguards, cloud hosting, subcontractors, disaster recovery, encryption, authentication, and accessibility conformance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508. The proposal must include an executive summary, solution scope and methodology, assumptions, staffing and resumes, service-team qualifications, cost proposal materials and narrative, pricing responses, and three client references. The anticipated contract term is three years with two additional one-year extension options.
