Description
Escambia County Fire Rescue is requesting electronic quotes for biannual maintenance and unscheduled repairs for 17 generators ranging from 30 to 150 kW. Maintenance is scheduled for November and May and includes cooling, fuel, air intake and exhaust, engine monitors and safety controls, lubrication, starting systems, and generator components. Vendors must provide battery test results and include all travel and other costs in their rates. The pricing response must include the total cost for two scheduled services, hourly labor rates for unscheduled service and emergency call-outs, and material pricing as a percentage discount from MSRP or list cost. Emergency calls must be answered within three hours during the normal emergency window and within two hours for hurricanes. The submission also requires supporting documentation, proof of Sunbiz registration, and a W-9.
