Description
Escambia County Fire Rescue is seeking electronic quotes for fiscal year 2026–2027 services covering 13 air compressors. The scope includes biannual maintenance in quarters 2 and 4, including oil, filters, seals, gaskets, and belts; quarterly air samples, with two samples permitted to be taken during the biannual services; and hourly rates for unscheduled repairs. OEM parts are preferred, but equivalent parts of the same quality are acceptable. Materials for unscheduled repairs must be priced as a percentage discount from MSRP or list cost, and air samples must comply with NFPA 1989 standards. The electronic submission requires responses to the quote confirmations and pricing table, supporting documentation or specifications if applicable, proof of Sunbiz registration, and a copy of the vendor’s W-9. County insurance requirements include commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and Florida statutory workers’ compensation and employers’ liability coverage.
