Description
The Worthington Housing and Redevelopment Authority is requesting sealed design-build proposals from qualified general contractors for a new single-family residence at 1211 Virginia Ave, Worthington, Minnesota. The home will be approximately 1,200–1,600 square feet with three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, slab-on-grade construction, and a buildable area of approximately 37 by 70 feet on a vacant lot. Proposers must submit a fixed lump-sum price; guaranteed maximum price proposals will not be accepted. The selection will use a qualifications-based and price hybrid process. The completed home is intended to be sold by the Authority upon substantial completion.
