Description
The Borough seeks qualification statements for 18 professional-service positions, including municipal and board legal counsel, engineering, auditing, risk management, grant consulting and writing, planning, affordable-housing administration, and residential and commercial tax appraisal. Scope varies by position and includes legal representation and advice, engineering and planning support, municipal audits, insurance and risk consulting, grant application assistance, and tax assessment and appeal work. Respondents must provide a detailed fee structure and demonstrate relevant professional experience and qualifications; the Borough may select qualified individuals or firms for one-year contracts. The contracts are scheduled to begin January 4, 2027, and end December 31, 2027, or later if a qualified successor has not yet been appointed.
