Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide a two-year preventative maintenance program for water and wastewater systems at Pokagon State Park. The scope includes an initial site inspection, quarterly scheduled service visits, semiannual air-release-valve service, seasonal work where applicable, systematic inspections, testing, cleaning, adjustments, repairs, parts replacement, call-back service, and maintenance documentation. Covered equipment includes water and wastewater treatment systems, lift and pump stations, wet wells, booster stations, water storage systems, flow meters, isolation valves, collection and distribution systems, backflow-prevention devices, air-release valves, electrical panels and controls, and related appurtenances. The contractor must provide emergency services when requested, respond to emergency calls by phone within 30 minutes, perform onsite service within an agreed timeframe, program and service site-specific control systems, and provide service reports and recommendations after visits. The contractor must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces.
