Description
The City of Byron is seeking consultant qualifications and proposals for work related to a 2027 Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) grant. The selected consultant will assist with grant writing and, if the grant is funded, provide administration services. The engagement is expected to last 2 to 3 years, and may lead to additional contracts or contract amendments for planning, design, administrative, and related services. Evaluation considerations include CHIP program experience and successful completed CHIP projects, key personnel qualifications, organizational capacity and workload, proposed service levels, mobility and proximity to the project, and cost. Proposers are asked to cite similar work in other communities and provide references from those communities.
