Description
The Municipality seeks proposals from developers, housing providers, and development partnerships to plan and construct a housing development on municipally owned surplus land. Proposals should address local housing needs, provide meaningful community benefit, and demonstrate project readiness. The Municipality intends to sell the property to the selected proponent, subject to Council approval and a formal agreement. The estimated contract period is 24 months.
