Description
The City is seeking proposals from telecommunications infrastructure developers, wireless carriers, or tower management companies to design, permit, finance, construct, own, operate, and maintain a telecommunications tower facility. The facility must support multiple carriers and City public safety communications equipment, improving wireless coverage, emergency response reliability, and broadband infrastructure in the surrounding coastal area. The selected vendor must also relocate safety equipment from the existing tower and demolish that tower.
