Description
The Town seeks statements of qualifications from engineering firms authorized to practice in North Carolina for a proposed electric substation and related transmission, feeder, and site improvements. Services include design, permitting, utility coordination, procurement assistance, construction administration, commissioning support, and closeout. Selection will be based on qualifications; fee or price information should not be submitted.
