Description
The City of Allentown is posting a sole-source procurement notice for Urban SDK's Speed and Traffic Calming Solution software. The software displays vehicle speeds and traffic volumes by time of day and night to help the Police Department identify locations and times for targeted traffic enforcement. The solution is intended to support crash and fatality reduction, deter speeding, driving under the influence, and distracted driving, improve compliance in school and work zones, and support patrol coverage and public safety operations.
