Description
Ontario County is soliciting bids for precast concrete drainage units, drainage structures, manholes, risers, caps, frames, grates, seals, boots, and related appurtenances for highway improvements. The bid includes multiple groups of square catch basins, NYSDOT drainage structures, and four-, five-, and six-foot manhole components, with pricing requested both loaded at the bidder’s yard and delivered within Ontario County. Vendors may also submit discounts for unlisted items and must provide product literature when applicable. Products must meet specified NYSDOT, ASTM, AASHTO HS-20/HS-20-44, reinforcement, gasket, joint, step, coating, and dimensional requirements. The awarded agreement is for one year beginning January 1, 2027, with up to two additional 12-month renewal periods. Deliveries are required within 14 days of order and must be scheduled Tuesday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Responses must include the completed bid forms and schedule, required notarized certifications, applicable insurance certificates, product literature, and IRS Form W-9.
