The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for construction services to install water and electrical utility lines at the Minooka Park C Loop Campground, located at Wilson Lake in Kansas. The work includes removal and replacement of existing water and electrical utilities to 31 campsites along C Loop, including complete removal of aboveground appurtenances, partial demolition and abandonment of belowground utilities, installation of new water and electrical lines, and all related incidental work. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with a performance period of approximately 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This will be a 100% Small Business HUBZone Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 237990, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00.
