Henrico County is soliciting bids for the complete demolition of three existing buildings at 5500 Williamsburg Road. The work includes demolition of the structures, foundations, and utilities, followed by reseeding and stabilization of the demolished areas. Utilities should be abandoned in place where possible. Utilities located in the right-of-way must be removed in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The contractor may need to coordinate remaining connections with Henrico County's Department of Utilities, Dominion Energy, Richmond GasWorks, Verizon, and Comcast.
