Description
Chesterfield County is soliciting bids for the Allied Road Waterline and Meadowville Technology Park Interconnect project. The work includes furnishing and installing approximately 61 linear feet of 20-inch ductile iron water main and 4,289 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main by open-cut excavation, with associated valves, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances. The project also includes approximately 180 linear feet of 24-inch steel casing and 12-inch ductile iron water main installed by boring under Route 10; approximately 74 linear feet of 20-inch steel casing and 12-inch ductile iron water main installed by open-cut excavation; one meter assembly and water service; erosion and sediment control; traffic control; and site restoration. Bids may be submitted electronically through the County's eProcurement system or in hard copy by hand delivery or mail, but not both.
