Description
Ramsey County, through its Property Tax, Records & Election Services Department, is seeking a contractor to demolish all structures on a property in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and remove and dispose of the resulting materials. The scope also includes removing and disposing of vehicles and other debris from the property. The opportunity is a request for bids with electronic bidding available. The bid package includes a scope of work, site map, prevailing wage information, and business inclusion requirements. A bid bond equal to 5% of the project cost is required.
