Description
The Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District is soliciting bids for exterior improvements to its office. The work includes mobilization; traffic and pedestrian control; erosion-control measures; gas-line and meter relocation; removal and disposal of curb, gutter, asphalt, concrete pavement, topsoil, fencing, and related materials; retaining-wall salvage and reinstallation; construction of a permeable paver parking lot; concrete curb and gutter; cast-in-place concrete and reinforcement; painted pavement markings; decorative fencing and gates; EV charging stations and electrical service; and site restoration. A bid alternate would add a mechanical system to heat the new pavement, including electrical service, an electric-powered boiler system, heat coils, controls, commissioning, and owner operations support. Bids must include 5% bid security. Digital documents and electronic bidding are available through QuestCDN under Project No. 10334463; an optional paper set may be obtained from the engineer for a nonrefundable fee.
