Description
The Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization seeks proposals from qualified law firms to provide professional legal counsel services on an as-needed basis. The engagement is described as a renewal addressing an ongoing need. Requested services include advice on stormwater management, public drainage and utility issues; contract and agreement review; legal boundary updates; Wetland Conservation Act appeals; enforcement actions; and Joint Powers Agreement updates. Selection will consider experience, technical capacity, billing rates, responsiveness, and the proposed scope of services. Proposals must be submitted electronically as PDF files by email.
