Description
The Town of Jackson is requesting proposals from qualified brand strategists and digital communications consultants to strengthen its municipal brand identity and public-facing social media presence. The work includes developing brand collateral, updating brand guidelines and style guides, creating co-branding strategies for departments and divisions, supporting newsletters and targeted communications, developing educational and visual campaigns, and using analytics to measure communications impact. The selected consultant will also develop a 12-month social media content strategy and editorial calendar; establish messaging, narrative positioning, and brand stories; manage content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; create branded graphics, carousels, and short-form videos; and provide monthly performance reporting covering audience growth, reach, engagement, impact, and sentiment. Proposals must include a letter of interest, approach and methodology, two to three recent municipal or public-agency branding and social media case studies, team qualifications and resumes, an itemized cost proposal, and contact information for two public-sector references. Responses must be submitted as a collated PDF by email.
