Description
Washington County is seeking an on-call contractor to maintain, rehabilitate, landscape, and repair existing stormwater management best management practices throughout the county. Work may include wet and dry ponds, environmental site design practices, erosion and sediment control, grading, structural pipe work, fence repair, sinkhole remediation, trash and debris removal, mowing, vegetation clearing, herbicide application, stabilization, riprap, drainage and underdrain work, and related landscaping. The contractor must furnish the required labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, permits, and incidental services. The solicitation is a requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours or spend; assignments will be issued as needed and billed using the awarded line-item rates. The initial term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewal periods. The bid requires electronic submission through the county's online bidding site, and no bonds are required.
