Description
The Town of Farmerville is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Lake D'Arbonne Mega Ramp. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the bidder’s maximum bid price, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, executed by sureties listed in U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. An agent- or attorney-in-fact-signed bond must include a certified copy of that individual’s authority to bind the surety. The successful bidder must have an active Unique Entity ID before contract award.
