Description
The Town of Mangham is soliciting bids for construction work to rehabilitate its wastewater treatment and collection system. The project is Contract II and is financed through the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund. Bidders must hold a Louisiana contractor’s license classification for municipal and public works construction and submit the required bid security, bid forms, certifications, addenda acknowledgments, and supporting documentation. The bid bond must accompany the bid; the bid package also requires a resolution authorizing the signer for a corporation, LLC, or sole proprietorship, when applicable. The contractor must begin mobilization and material procurement within 10 working days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
