Description
The Ouachita Parish Police Jury is soliciting bids for the Sewer Lift Station “N” Force Main Replacement project along Washington Street from New Natchitoches Road to Edwards Road. The project is classified as Municipal and Public Works Construction. Bids must include a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid amount, along with corporate authorization evidence for the person signing the bid. Electronic bids may be submitted through BidNet Direct. The successful bidder must provide a full-amount performance bond and a labor and material payment bond. The Non-Collusion Declaration, Attestation Clause, E-Verify Affidavit, and Firearm Certification are required from the successful bidder within 10 days after bid opening, although they may be submitted with the bid.
