Description
The Town of Mangham is soliciting bids for construction of its Wastewater Collection System Rehabilitation, Contract I project, financed through the Louisiana Clean Water State Revolving Fund. Bidders must hold a Louisiana State Contractor’s Board license classification for municipal and public works construction and submit the required bid form, bid security, signed bid documents, addenda acknowledgment, and authorization resolution. A bid bond must accompany the bid in the amount and form specified in the Information for Bidders. The contractor must begin mobilization and materials procurement within 10 working days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The project also includes applicable federal and state employment, wage, and bonding and insurance requirements.
