Omaha District RMS-to-CMP Transition Notice

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District plans to transition from the Resident Management System (RMS) to the Construction Management Platform (CMP) around March or April 2027. The RMS specification, UFGS 01 45 00.15 10, will govern until the official transition date, after which the CMP specification, UFGS 01 45 00.25 10, will apply. This is an informational special notice only and does not modify the terms or conditions of current contracts. The district is reviewing and modifying contracts that may not already include the CMP specification. Contractors should contact their assigned contracting officer regarding contract-specific questions or anticipated costs associated with the transition. Training and transition information will be provided through the USACE CMP information portal.
