Description
Midway City Sanitary District is seeking proposals from consulting firms with demonstrable progressive design-build experience to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for using the progressive design-build procurement process for sewer system capacity upsizing projects. If the approach is determined feasible, the selected consultant will develop a procurement strategy; prepare and issue a detailed request for qualifications for design-build projects; support administration, review, and selection; assist with developer or contractor negotiations; and provide progressive design-build contract management, project management, and owner’s representation during construction. The proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the PlanetBids website.
