Description
The Transportation Security Administration is procuring, delivering, removing, installing, testing, and placing into service new commercial-grade breakroom appliances at two facilities. The equipment includes 18 bottleless water coolers, 26 single-serve coffee brewers, 18 commercial microwave ovens, 9 refrigerators, 1 undercounter refrigerator, 1 TurboChef countertop microwave or high-speed oven, and 1 reach-in freezer. Final distribution between the two sites will be confirmed before delivery. The contractor must conduct site surveys, verify dimensions and utilities, coordinate secure deliveries, provide installation accessories and startup consumables, remove and properly dispose of existing equipment, and protect and clean the facilities. The contractor must provide product specifications, cut sheets, schedules, manuals, warranty documentation, equipment inventories, disposal documentation when requested, and a final acceptance checklist. Equipment must be new and unused, meet the stated technical requirements, pass operational testing, and include the manufacturer's commercial warranty plus a minimum one-year workmanship and installation warranty.
