Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking capable sources to provide 65 rental vehicles for military and civilian personnel supporting the 2026 McConnell AFB Airshow, including the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. The required fleet consists of 48 five-passenger sedans, two compact/mid-size SUVs, 13 eight-passenger minivans or large SUVs, one full-size SUV, and one 15-passenger van; specified acceptable substitutions apply to some categories. The period of performance is October 21–26, 2026, with the return date subject to change. Vehicles must be clean, fully operational, fueled upon pickup, and available at the agreed pickup location by the required start date and time. Pickup and drop-off will occur at the same designated facility or base staging area, with the exact location coordinated before performance. Each rental vehicle must include damage waiver and supplemental liability protection, and the contractor must provide an equal- or greater-capacity replacement vehicle at the designated location if mechanical problems occur. This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a solicitation or request for pricing.
