Description
The Pan American Health Organization is seeking transportation services using five newer SUV-type vehicles, each with a driver, sufficient passenger and luggage capacity, and compliance with Colombian legal, technical, mechanical, insurance, and safety requirements. Services will support scheduled travel between Bogotá, Villavicencio, and Ibagué, including internal and rural travel in designated municipalities, from October 12 through 24, 2026, with vehicle availability for 12 hours per day and additional-hour pricing. The quoted price must include drivers, fuel, tolls, parking, driver meals or per diem, vehicle maintenance and operation, insurance, regulatory documentation, and all other associated costs. Drivers must hold current licenses and legally required documentation, have verifiable passenger-transportation experience, and be available throughout the contracted workday; the contractor must provide timely replacements when necessary. The proposal must address sustainability requirements and include the completed quotation workbook, signed presentation letter, supplier registration materials and applicable supporting documents, photographs of the offered venue, and a company portfolio when not previously submitted to the organization within the last 24 months.
