Description
The U.S. Embassy London is seeking one or more contractors to provide passenger transportation services in the United Kingdom, including sedans, vans, buses, trucks, cargo vans, airport transfers, and vehicles with or without drivers. Contractors must provide the vehicles, qualified drivers when required, communication equipment, management, operating expenses, maintenance, and applicable insurance. Services will be ordered through an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract using firm-fixed daily, half-day, hourly, and airport-transfer rates. The base period is one year beginning October 1, 2026, with two one-year option periods. The Government will evaluate quotations under a lowest-priced, technically acceptable approach and may make multiple awards. The contract has an aggregate minimum obligation of £500 and a maximum aggregate value of £7,000,000 for unscheduled services.
