Description
The City of Bath Public Works Department is soliciting bids for one new articulated wheel loader. The specifications are intended to describe a Caterpillar 930M, Volvo L90, John Deere 624K, or Komatsu WA270-8, but equivalent or superior makes and models will be considered. The completed unit must include standard features and any equipment required to provide a finished, ready-to-work product. Bids must be submitted on the attached Bid Proposal Form and signed by an authorized person. Eligibility is limited to heavy equipment manufacturers or authorized dealers of such manufacturers. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Articulated Wheel Loader,” with the bidder’s name and address shown on the envelope.
