Description
The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking information from potential sources with the capability to manufacture and deliver the S-280 Shelter. This notice is for market research purposes to identify interested parties for a potential Long-Term Contract (LTC). The requirement includes the S-280C/G Shelter, both shielded and unshielded, with and without a Mobilizer Adapter Kit. A Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP) is available, which contains militarily critical technical data. Access to the TDP requires an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) DD Form 2345 and must be requested through SAM.gov. Foreign-owned, controlled, or influenced firms will require prior Government approval for TDP release. Interested parties are requested to complete an attached Sources Sought Questionnaire covering company information, manufacturing capabilities, past performance, and supply chain logistics. Key areas of interest include the fabrication of metallic-faced, foam-core sandwich panels, production rates (up to 20 shelters per month), experience with first article testing, and the ability to meet EMI shielding requirements.
