This sources sought notice is to identify qualified small businesses (8(a), HUBZone, woman-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned) capable of providing comprehensive hazardous waste management services. The scope includes the transportation and disposal of a wide range of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, including RCRA hazardous wastes, PCBs, PFAS-related waste, and more. Services required encompass transportation, disposal, sampling and analysis, industrial cleaning, lab packing, and rental of specialized equipment. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Services Contract with a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period. A key consideration for potential bidders is the Limitation on Subcontracting clause, which may pose a challenge due to the limited number of small business-owned Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs). Interested small businesses that can meet this requirement are asked to submit a capabilities package demonstrating their experience and ability to comply with the subcontracting limitations.
