Description
NASA is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for one Nikon VOXLS 20 C 225 or equivalent industrial X-ray computed tomography system. The required system includes a granite-based precision manipulator, dual 225 kV and 160 kV X-ray sources, a digital flat-panel detector, shielded enclosure, operator console, computer and monitor, sample-handling equipment, and associated accessories. The system must meet detailed performance requirements for specimen size and weight, inspection volume, focal spot size, power, source switching, detector performance, environmental conditions, and electrical requirements. The requirement also includes Inspect-X, CT reconstruction, helical, limited-angle, offset, and pixel-split acquisition/reconstruction software; an offset hardware kit, centering stage, acoustic enclosure, filter kit, spare focus cup, packing and domestic shipping; installation; five days of on-site training for up to four participants; and 12 months of service coverage with preventive maintenance, radiation surveys, software updates, parts, labor, and travel. Quotes must provide a total firm-fixed price, include shipping, state delivery terms as FOB destination, and be submitted as a PDF with the requested commercial, pricing, delivery, warranty, tax, and signature information. Delivery is required within 19 weeks after award, and award will use a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation.
