Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one complete portable digital radiography system, identified by NSN 6525-01-733-5500 and approved source CAGE code 6W040, part number CMDR-2S-TMIL. The requested quantity is one unit, to include an X-ray apparatus, flat-panel imager, LED collimator, ruggedized laptop, imaging software, ruggedized two-wheel mobile stand, protected grid, wireless and Ethernet connectivity, and DICOM 3.0-compliant data output. The item is a Class II medical device and must satisfy the stated FDA, marking, packaging, inspection, IUID, and technical and quality requirements. Quotes must be submitted electronically, and alternate offers require sufficient source and part-number information for evaluation. Delivery is required five days after award to the specified military vessel destination.
