Description
Trillium Health Partners is seeking a qualified vendor to migrate its corporate intranet, THPhub, from on-premises SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Online before the end of SharePoint Server 2019 extended support. The scope includes approximately 960 GB across 800 sites, document libraries, custom forms, and custom web parts, while preserving the existing user experience and modernizing the information architecture. The work also includes rebuilding 327 Nintex workflows using Power Automate or Logic Apps; implementing governance for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform; configuring security baselines and Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels; and enabling secure Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption. The vendor must provide change management, end-user training, knowledge transfer, monitoring and incident response, a 99.95% uptime SLA, and four-hour P1 incident resolution. Proposals must address the migration approach and tooling, project plan, named personnel and CVs, fixed pricing with separately priced options, comparable healthcare or public-sector references, and risk mitigation.
