Description
The University of Alberta is requesting proposals for CFI scintillators with a D-shaped configuration. Respondents must submit a signed Proposal Submission Form, proponent information and submissions, specifications and pricing, references, a letter of undertaking to insure or completed certificate of insurance, a clearance letter from the Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta, and any additional information required by the evaluation criteria, specifications, and scope of the product and services.
