Description
The National Research Council Canada is seeking written statements of capabilities from eligible Indigenous suppliers who can provide all listed scientific and laboratory equipment, or products meeting the same technical and performance specifications. The equipment includes imaging and sensing systems, detectors, lasers, gas-monitoring systems, vacuum-deposition components, precision measurement instruments, a 3D printer, a maintenance work platform, and other specialized research equipment. Suppliers must demonstrate Indigenous-business eligibility, the ability to supply the full equipment requirement, the technical, administrative, and logistical capacity to coordinate procurement, delivery, installation where applicable, and commissioning at multiple sites, and access to the equipment through manufacturer authorization, reseller agreements, or equivalent evidence. This is an Advance Contract Award Notice identifying MSS LTD. as the pre-identified supplier; the resulting contract is proposed to run from award until delivery and completion of associated obligations.
