The Black River Area Development Corp. (BRAD) Weatherization Assistance Program is accepting sealed bids for contract services and materials for its 2026-2027 program year beginning July 11, 2026. The program serves Baxter, Boone, Clay, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Marion, Newton, Randolph, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, and Van Buren counties in Arkansas. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid conference on August 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the BRAD Central Office, 1403 Hospital Drive, Pocahontas, AR. Bid packets will be available at the conference or can be picked up the week before. Sealed bids are due by 10:00 a.m. on September 8, 2026, at the BRAD Central Office.
