Johnston Elementary School has released supply lists for the 2026-27 school year for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. The lists include common school supplies such as #2 pencils, crayons, colored pencils, glue sticks, scissors, pink erasers, dry erase markers, highlighters, pocket folders, spiral notebooks, composition notebooks, rulers, supply boxes, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, headphones (USB-C wired), and styluses for iPads. Specific grade-level requirements vary, with some grades also requesting art supplies like colored pencils, sharpie markers, and Elmer's glue, as well as gym shoes. Music classes require no supplies. Parents are asked to purchase items as listed and replace supplies as needed throughout the year.
