Description
This opportunity concerns plans for a 2,030-square-foot addition to the Element Marketing commercial building at 2081 Profit Place in De Pere, Wisconsin. The plan package includes civil site and utility plans, grading and erosion-control plans, architectural floor plans and elevations, structural foundation and framing plans, landscaping plans, and exterior lighting photometry. The City’s review identified conditions involving stormwater routing, parking dimensions and striping, tree staking and planting, exterior finish identification, landscaping, and lighting levels. Revised plans were submitted addressing those conditions, including updated drainage, parking, landscaping, and photometric information. The project includes construction-related concrete, structural steel, wood framing, roofing, siding, stone veneer, interior finishes, utilities, and erosion-control measures.
