Description
Calumet County is soliciting sealed bids for two separately awarded contracts related to its courthouse frieze. Scope A covers containment, removal, and certified disposal of loose lead-based paint, along with encapsulation of remaining tight paint, across approximately 306 linear feet of the exterior frieze. Scope B covers priming and painting the prepared white frieze area. Contractors may bid on either or both scopes. Lead abatement must comply with applicable OSHA, EPA, and Wisconsin regulations. All project work must be completed by December 1, 2026. The solicitation requires sealed bids and does not accept faxed or emailed submissions.
