Description
The Door County Highway Department is soliciting sealed bids for LRIP Project #20491 on E. Center Road in the Town of Forestville. The work includes full-depth pulverizing of approximately 9,740 square yards of existing pavement from N. Carnot Road west to the road termini. The solicitation also requests 740 tons of 4LT hot mix asphalt material, which must be loaded onto Door County Highway Department trucks for delivery and placement at the job site. The Town of Forestville may reject any or all proposals, accept any part or combination of proposals, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous. The project is funded in part through Wisconsin's Local Road Improvement Program, and quantities are stated as estimates.
