Description
Jim Wells County is seeking a professional administration or management firm or consultant to prepare an application for, and administer, a proposed Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program contract through the Texas General Land Office. The scope includes pre-funding grant application development and post-funding administration for eligible infrastructure, utility, housing, and other disaster recovery projects. Required services may include general grant administration, construction management, acquisition and buyout activities, environmental review, labor and procurement compliance, financial reporting, project monitoring, draw requests, closeout documentation, and coordination with the county, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, the Texas General Land Office, and other agencies. Respondents must describe their relevant federally funded project experience, provide at least three local-government references, identify proposed scope and staffing, submit resumes for assigned personnel, and provide a cost proposal by activity. The solicitation permits proposals for any or all activities and evaluates experience, prior work performance, capacity, and cost.
