Description
The project is a comprehensive golf course renovation under one prime contract. Work includes constructing and expanding greens, rebuilding and constructing tees and bunkers, replacing cart paths and drainage pipes, installing a complete irrigation system and upgrading the pump station, and preparing and grassing areas with sod or seed. The scope also includes mobilization, permits, site clearing, grading, safety management, project manuals, record drawings, and closeout. The solicitation requires comparable construction experience, including two qualifying projects completed within the preceding five years, experience with golf course shaping, greens, tees, bunkers, and irrigation systems, and at least 10 years of comparable golf course irrigation installation experience. A 5% subcontracting goal applies to Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Bids must be submitted electronically through the QuestCDN Plan Room. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, except for attendees of either of the two specified earlier meetings.
