Cave Creek Road Cave Creek, Arizona 85331 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Town Attorney RFP NO.: 2027-03 RELEASE DATE: Thursday, August 13, 2026 PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM Arizona Time The Town of Cave Creek (Town) is soliciting proposals from qualified legal firms to serve as Town Attorney and provide comprehensive municipal legal services to the Town Council, Town Manager, departments, boards, commissions, and authorized Town officials. Services include municipal governance, procurement and contracting, land use and zoning, utilities and water, public finance, employment, public records, Open Meeting Law, elections, litigation management, Council agenda review, intergovernmental relations, and other legal matters affecting Town operations. The complete RFP, Scope of Work, proposal requirements, cost proposal requirements, evaluation and award criteria, sample Professional Services Agreement, schedule, and any issued addenda are available through the Town of Cave Creek OpenGov Procurement Portal. SOLICITATION WEBSITE: https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/cavecreekaz/projects/288776 Proposals must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal no later than 3:00 PM Arizona Time on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted. Cost proposals shall be submitted separately as required by the RFP. Interested firms are encouraged to register with and subscribe to the Town of Cave Creek in OpenGov to receive solicitation updates, addenda, and other project notifications.
