Description
The National Institutes of Health, through the National Cancer Institute, intends to negotiate on an other-than-full-and-open competition basis for Baltimore Longitudinal Study of Aging neuroimaging data processing and analysis. The requirement includes applying unified regression and inference methods to imaging data, using customized scripts developed for BLSA data, and conducting longitudinal multimodal image analysis. The work also requires expertise in segmentation and analysis of muscle and fat in MRI and CT images, along with quantitative analysis and continuity with previously developed code and methods. This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source, not a request for proposals; interested sources may submit a capability statement addressing their relevant BLSA-data experience and past performance for the Government's consideration in deciding whether to compete the requirement.
