Description
Hillsborough County seeks a one-time purchase and delivery of various new fleet vehicles and equipment for its Fleet Management Department. The requested items include gas and diesel utility vehicles, a JLG 450AJ articulating boom lift, a Deere 544J high-lift wheel loader, a Deere 310P backhoe loader, a Toro Groundsmaster mower, a 7-by-16-foot landscape utility trailer, a gas work cart with hydraulic bed, and wildland fire UTV and brush-truck skid units. Bidders must be authorized dealers for the manufacturers of all units they bid. Equipment must meet the detailed specifications in Attachments A through L, be new and not pre-owned, and satisfy stated age, mileage, hour-meter, condition, warranty, documentation, and delivery requirements. Delivery must occur no later than 365 days after receipt of a purchase order, with the contractor responsible for freight, offloading, status updates, and delivery coordination. The estimated project value is $920,500.
